We're always inspired by a great atlletic workout but rarely do we get one from LeBron James. Recently NBA great LeBron James shared a brief glimpse into how he maintains his 'rock solid' physique. Apparnetly, he puts in serious time with bands (power rope style) that are clerarly whipping his core into shape. Most often we see this kind of action on the gym floor but as we're doing much "subsitiution" at home during COVID19 his securing bands to his own treadmill is a good idea. Next James takes to the floor with a few killer ab crunches (dumbell in hand), hip-hop blaring and controlled grunts that only athletes make--while the rest of us just sound like we're in agony. "Who's with me?" he captions...uh...we are King James!
