Jumping rope can burn more than 100 calories in one 10 minute session. The Jump Rope is a fitness tool that fits easily into your tote or briefcase making it convenient to carry with you everyday.  Use it  for a quick 5 to 10 minute high intensity exercise session that is a fun, playful way to burn calories.  Not only does it strengthen the upper and lower body, it’s also good for the heart.
