Sofia Vergara Reveals How She Got Her Best Body at 42

“Everyone knows that I’ve never been into working out. I was always very happy with what I have,” Sofia Vergara says of her voluptuous curves. But “Then I hit 40 and I started seeing a softness everywhere on my body.” With that revelation, Vergara changed direction to keep her curves in the right places. 



Over the last couple of years she's had success with various training methods but her latest workout routine has landed her a second cover on Shape Magazine's November issue.  With her pilates guru trainer Jennifer Yates, and the Megaformer, machine that blends pilates, cardio and strength training, she is looking super slim, sexy, and strong. 



Vergara says of herself,  “My body is looking better than it used to, but I wish I had worked out more when I was younger and taken it as seriously as I do now.  Vigara is an  a-list anti-ager, and she is obviously taking it Very seriously  and offered this  anti-aging  tip to her 21 year old niece who she says loves exercising  "Keep doing it so you don’t have to go crazy with it when you’re my age!"
