HOT TOPIC: DIET: Elle Mac Pherson Shares her 4 Week Body Plan

 

Thank God for the enduring Supermodel particularly those who share their very BEST nutrition tips, they remain our faves. Elle Mac Pherson's 4 week plan will revamp your DIET just in time to get back into form --well BEFORE the holidays.

 

WEEK 1
2 teaspoons THE SUPER ELIXIR Alkalising Greens with 500ml of water every day
No carbs after 5pm
Drink at least 2L of filtered water every day

WEEK 2
Keep up with everything in week 1 
Replace one meal a day with THE SUPER ELIXIR Nourishing Protein in 400ml of cold almond milk and 1-2 fruits as a super smoothie.

WEEK 3
Keep doing everything you started in week 1 and 2
Add cayenne pepper to at least one meal a day. It will boost metabolism and create a thermogenic effect, which helps burn calories.

WEEK 4
Stick with your new habits from weeks 1,2 and 3
Remove all sugar, dairy and starchy carbs and increase intake of green vegetables.

To do every week: Get active! Try and do a physical activity you enjoy for at least 45 minutes a day! Mix it up – yoga, swim, run, hike with friends, walk at the beach, try a trampoline class
